Meet Your Facilitator: Nancy Nouaimeh

Nancy Nouaimeh is a Shingo Certified Facilitator and the founder of XcelliUm Management Consultancy, the first licensed affiliate of the Shingo Institute in the MEA region. With a dynamic career in Organizational Excellence, Quality Management, and Integrated Management Systems, she is passionate about implementing Excellence Models and Principles, helping organizations achieve continuous improvement and exceptional results.

Nancy holds two Master’s degrees, one in Total Quality Management and the other in Agronomic Sciences & Bioengineering from Belgium. She has authored several publications on Risk Management, Quality, and Excellence. Nancy is also a Chartered Business Excellence Expert (BEX-Ireland), Certified Organizational Excellence Specialist (OES-Canada), and Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP-ACMP-USA). As a long-time leader in the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Nancy holds certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, Supplier Quality, and Quality Audits.

With over 16 years of experience in National, International, and Government Excellence Awards, Nancy’s dedication to excellence has not gone unnoticed. In 2022, she was honored with the Global Women in Leadership Award from GCPIT. Beyond her professional achievements, Nancy is most proud of being a mom to two amazing adolescent triathletes, embodying her belief that “Excellence is a Habit.”
