DISCOVER EXCELLENCE is a foundational, two-day workshop introduces the Shingo Model™, the Shingo Guiding Principles, and the Three Insights of Organizational Excellence™. With active discussions and on-site learning at a host organization, this program is a highly interactive experience. It is designed to make your learning meaningful and immediately applicable as you discover how to release the latent potential in an organization to achieve organizational excellence. It provides the basic understanding needed in all Shingo workshops; therefore, it is a prerequisite to all the other workshops, and is the gateway to the series of 5 workshops. As a participant, you will: - Learn and understand the Shingo Model. - Discover the Three Insights of Organizational Excellence. - Explore how the Shingo Guiding Principles inform the ideal behaviors that lead to sustainable results. - Understand the behavioral assessment process through an interactive case study and on-site learning. Host Organization: Abela & Co , Dubai - UAE Shingo Workshop Certified Facilitator: Nancy Nouaimeh (Shingo Alumni & Examiner) Nancy has 24+ years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies, integrated management systems, culture transformation and organizational excellence. She holds two master’s degrees in Total Quality Management and Bioengineering. She is a Shingo Alumni, a certified Change Management practitioner and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your registration for our workshop, please take note of our cancellation policy below: • More than 72 hours’ notice: If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before the workshop is scheduled to begin, you are eligible for a full refund of your registration fee. To cancel, please contact us at info@xcellium-consult.com with your registration details. • Within 72 hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop start time are not eligible for a refund. This policy helps us manage our resources and ensure that all interested participants have a chance to attend. • Transfers: If you are unable to attend and it's too late to cancel as per the above policy, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please inform us about the transfer, including the new participant's name and contact details, at least 24 hours before the workshop begins.
