About the event
Discover the Shingo Model: Your way to Excellence!
The Shingo Model, when implemented, aids organizations in establishing and maintaining a culture of organizational excellence. It's not just another program or initiative to add to an organization's plate. Instead, it introduces the Shingo Guiding Principles and outlines how they interact with systems, tools, results, and culture.
A pivotal emphasis lies in constructing efficient management, work, and improvement systems. These systems catalyze collaboration, alignment, and efficiency among individuals, driving them towards achieving the organization's tactical and strategic objectives. In doing so, the Shingo Model eradicates silos between departments and eliminates process inefficiencies.
The webinar will address:
1- Introduction to the Shingo Model
2- The Shingo Model 10 Guiding Principles and Concepts
3- Why and how adopting the Shingo Model leads to changing mindsets and behaviors and induces a culture transformation
4- How to build your Excellence roadmap and kick-off your journey towards improved and sustained results
Who should attend
Directors and Managers of Organizational Excellence, Operational Excellence, Quality and HR.
