This Align & Balance™ Leadership Development Lab is designed for leaders who want to apply the Shingo Model principles and supporting concepts and translate them into real‑world practice, while developing a distinctive leadership approach that drives meaningful behavior transformation, strengthens coaching and learning practices, and fosters alignment and balance across their organization. During the LDL we use practical exercises and coaching sessions to show how principle‑centered leadership creates measurable results.
