Integrated Systems that make work easier, faster, better and cheaper!

An Integrated Management System (IMS) integrates an organization's systems into one complete framework so it can work as a cohesive unit to achieve strategic objectives.

This interactive half-day workshop is tailor-made for those interested to get some practical and useful tips to use while designing and implementing an Integrated Management System. Attendees will learn about the Principle "Think Systemically" of  Shingo Model™  (USA) and how it drives successful implementation of an IMS and leads to improved results in all disciplines covered by the Integrated System, and for all stakeholders involved.
