An Integrated Management System (IMS) integrates an organization's systems into one complete framework so it can work as a cohesive unit to achieve strategic objectives.

This interactive half-day workshop is tailor-made for those interested to get some practical and useful tips to use while designing and implementing an Integrated Management System. Attendees will learn about the Principle "Think Systemically" of  Shingo Model™  (USA) and how it drives successful implementation of an IMS and leads to improved results in all disciplines covered by the Integrated System, and for all stakeholders involved. When designed and implemented correctly, an IMS, will:

You will be introduced to the concept of Ideal behavior related to System Thinking Principle and the associated Key Behavior Indicators through practical exercises and improvement examples from Shingo Prize Winners.

1- What is "System Thinking" and how when this principle is applied it improves collaboration and alignment.

2- Relationship between principles, systems, and tools, in the Shingo Model.

3- What areas of intergration are needed in an IMS and when and how to collaborate to design a robust IMS.

4- Key Success Factors of an IMS. 

5- Apply the PDCA to keep your system relevant and uptodate.

A few words about the Facilitator- Nancy Nouaimeh

Nancy is the founder of XcelliUm Management Consultancy, the first licensed affiliate of the Shingo Institute (USA) in the Middle East and Africa. An energetic leader, mentor, and culture transformation expert with an extensive expertise in Organizational Excellence, Quality Management, and Integrated Management Systems. Nancy has a passion for the implementation of Excellence Models and Principles, her work with organizations facilitates a robust continuous improvement process and outstanding achievements. She is a mentor and enjoys the mutual learning resulting from her mentorship sessions. 

Holder of two Masters’ degrees in Total Quality Management, and in Agronomic Sciences & Bioengineering from Belgium, Nancy has published several book chapters and articles related to Risk Management, Quality and Excellence. She is a Chartered Business Excellence Expert (BEX-Ireland), Certified Organizational Excellence Specialist (OES -Canada) and is a long-term member leader of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), from which she holds three certifications (Six Sigma Green Belt, Supplier Quality, and Quality Audits certification).

In addition, she has 15 years of experience in National, International and Government Excellence Awards. In 2022, Nancy was Awarded the Global Women in Leadership Award from GCPIT. But what she is most proud of as a mom, is her two amazing adolescent triathletes, a living example that “Excellence is a Habit”.
