Introduction to Shingo Model

The Shingo Model is an approach that helps organizations create and sustain a culture of organizational excellence. It is not an additional program or another initiative for organizations to implement. Rather, it introduces the Shingo Guiding Principles and articulates their relationships to systems, tools, results, and culture. On Sep 16th, 2022, we will organize a webinar about the Shingo Model, with the aim of presenting the model and its role in organizational improvement.
