About the event
Building the Principles, Systems, and Practices for Sustainable Continuous Improvement
Organizational Excellence is not achieved through tools alone, it is built through principles that shape behavior, systems that enable consistency, and practices that deliver results.
Shingo In-Practice: Designing Systems for Sustainable Excellence is a highly practical, 2-day foundational program designed for organizations ready to move beyond awareness and into application. Building on the intent of the Shingo Workshops, this program takes a hands-on, system-level approach to translating Shingo Guiding Principles into daily behaviors, coherent improvement systems, and real operational impact.
Rather than promoting isolated tools or disconnected initiatives, the program equips participants to design and operate a coherent Continuous Improvement system that strengthens Operational Excellence across teams and processes, while complementing broader frameworks such as EFQM, SIRI, and similar excellence models.
Participants will understand the why behind Organizational Excellence and gain hands-on experience with structured improvement practices, management systems, and real-world applications,…
