About the event
Shingo Systems Design Workshop
SYSTEMS DESIGN is a two-day workshop combining classroom learning with on-site experiences at the host facility. It builds on the knowledge gained in the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE workshop and focuses on the Systems and Tools diamonds of the Shingo Model.
It starts with a simple but powerful truth: every result is produced by a system, yet most systems are never intentionally designed. When systems evolve by default, they create inconsistency in behaviors and results. In this workshop, you will come to understand how systems shape behavior, and why behavior ultimately drives performance.
Organizational excellence depends on well-designed systems that consistently reinforce ideal behaviors and enable sustainable results.
